Spanning across a spacious 1100 square meters, our workshop houses a comprehensive array of equipment that forms the backbone of our operations.

 

 

At the heart of our manufacturing process lies our plate roller machine, capable of effortlessly rolling plates up to 12mm thickness, facilitating the formation of various components with precision and efficiency.

 

Complementing this is our guillotine machine, facilitating accurate plate cutting to exact specifications, essential for maintaining consistency and quality across our products.

 

Furthermore, our plate bending machine enables the shaping of materials to desired configurations, while the 380V Cut-off Machine ensures swift and precise cutting operations.

 

The presence of a 3-ton forklift streamlines material handling, optimizing logistical workflows within the workshop.

 

To ensure uninterrupted production, we rely on a robust 70 KVA generator, safeguarding against any potential power disruptions. This commitment to operational reliability underscores our dedication to meeting production deadlines and maintaining client satisfaction.

 

In the realm of machining, our workshop boasts two CNC lathe machines, empowering us to undertake intricate machining tasks with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, our milling machine and 3m lathe machine further enhance our machining capabilities, catering to diverse client requirements with finesse.

 

The inclusion of a cropper machine and WDW drilling machine further augments our manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to execute a wide range of fabrication processes seamlessly.
